At Tapstone Energy, our focus is on maximizing the potential of distressed and underdeveloped oil and gas assets while keeping our attention on Earth’s most important resource: people. We believe exceptional potential exists in every human being. Our task is to recognize it and help unleash it to accomplish the greatest good for the greatest number. It is our conviction that leadership exists to empower people and that culture is simply a reflection of character. To love your neighbor as yourself is to want for your neighbor what you want for yourself. When want turns into action, freedom reigns. “Every person has a place in this world. If we can help some along the way, then we’re doing the right thing.” Tom L. Ward, Chairman/CEO of Tapstone Energy.
